Guido Dallagrassa, Cavaliere del Lavoro, fondò nel 1954 una piccola azienda a conduzione familiare che negli anni, grazie ai continui investimenti in sviluppo e innovazione, è diventata il Gruppo Immobiliare Dallagrassa, un solido punto di riferimento nel panorama immobiliare lombardo.
Oggi i figli di Guido – Elio, Walter e Fortunato – accompagnati dai nipoti, proseguono nella direzione aziendale, coordinando uno staff altamente specializzato.

Dal 1954. Sono più di 70 anni di attività continuativa nello stesso territorio. Questo significa conoscenza diretta dei comuni, delle normative locali, dei fornitori e del mercato immobiliare delle valli bergamasche e dei laghi lombardi.
Quante persone lavorano nel vostro team?
Il team Dallagrassa è composto da professionisti interni divisi in tre aree: ufficio commerciale (responsabili vendita dedicati a ogni cliente), ufficio tecnico (progettista, responsabile cantiere, tecnico lavori) e ufficio amministrativo (accoglienza, contabilità, customer service post-vendita). Non è un team improvvisato: ogni ruolo ha una persona specifica con nome e cognome.
Costruite direttamente voi o affidate i lavori ad altri?
Dallagrassa gestisce internamente progettazione, direzione lavori e vendita. Le costruzioni vengono realizzate coordinando maestranze e fornitori selezionati, sotto la supervisione diretta dell’ufficio tecnico interno. Chi compra ha un interlocutore unico che risponde sia della parte commerciale sia di quella costruttiva.
Avete clienti che vengono dall'estero?
Si. Il team include personale dedicato che segue i clienti stranieri in tutte le fasi dell’acquisto. Dallagrassa ha venduto immobili a acquirenti provenienti da più di 25 paesi nel mondo.
Chi mi seguirà durante l'acquisto?
Ogni acquirente viene affidato a un responsabile vendita dedicato, che rimane il riferimento dalla prima visita fino al rogito. Accanto a lui lavorano l’ufficio amministrativo per le pratiche contrattuali e bancarie e il customer service per tutto ciò che riguarda il post-vendita. Non si cambia interlocutore a ogni fase.
Siete presenti anche dopo la consegna delle chiavi?
Sì. Dallagrassa gestisce anche immobili in affitto e mantiene un servizio di customer service attivo dopo la vendita. La garanzia strutturale decennale è diretta: in caso di necessità, si risponde alla stessa azienda che ha costruito e venduto l’immobile.
Con quali partner collaborate?
